Refund Policy
Driver licenses are digital goods delivered instantly as activation keys. This policy explains when a purchase from Systemata Consulting, Inc can be refunded.
1. The rule
- Within 14 days of purchase, unactivated: full refund to the original payment method, no questions asked.
- Activated licenses are non-refundable.Once an activation key has been used in a project, the license is delivered and consumed — like a cut key, it can't be returned.
- After 14 days, unactivated:refunds are at our discretion; contact us and we'll look at it case by case.
2. Defective drivers
If a driver does not work as described in its listing — against the listed platform and firmware requirements — open a support ticket first. Our team will work the issue with you. If we cannot make the driver perform as described in a reasonable time, we will refund the license even if it has been activated. This policy does not cover problems caused by unsupported firmware, hardware faults, or project misconfiguration.
3. How to request a refund
Open a ticket from the portal's Support page or email support@systemata.dev from your account email, including the order number (shown in Billing → Purchase history). Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — almost every issue is faster to resolve directly. Accounts with chargebacks on delivered, activated licenses may be suspended pending resolution.
